NOC to Issue a New Trade License for the Activity of Transporting Passengers in Luxury Vehicles

This service enables the companies to apply for a NOC to establish a company and sign a contract with the Roads and Transport Authority to have the franchise of practicing the activity of transporting passengers in luxury vehicles in Dubai.

Required documents

  1. Preliminary approval from the Dubai Economy to reserve the trade name
  2. Feasibility study for the project
  3. 5-year plan for the project
  4. Fiscal solvency letter from the guarantor bank worth 5 million AED
  5. Proof of experience in the field
  6. Bank guarantee for the vehicles subject of the contract and according to its categorization amounting to 4,320 AED per vehicle
  7. NOC from the sponsor for foreign partners.
Service fees

  • 1,000 AED for the new permit or for creating a branch to practice the activity
  • +20 AED Knowledge and Innovation fees.
