  • Required Documents

    1. A copy of the employer’s passport, addition containing the unified number page of the citizen employer
    2. passport copy of the employer, resident, investor, or diplomat
    3. The valid residence visa of the resident employer / investor
    4. passport copy of the domestic worker
    5. Entry permit of the domestic worker
    6. The employer’s valid original ID card
